Comparative Evaluation Of Amount Of Apically Extruded Debris In Endodontic Retreatment Procedures Using Four Different File Systems- An Invitro Study
نویسندگان
چکیده
Objective(s): To compare the amount of apical debris extruded during endodontic retreatment procedures performed using H files, R-Endo Retreatment GPR files and ProTaper Universal files.
Materials Methods: The conventional coronal access cavity was prepared for 40 extracted Mandibular Premolars. root canals were with Next Rotary till X1. Obturation done by combination Lateral Vertical Compaction technique. All samples later attached to Eppendorf tubes. then divided into four groups each containing 10 on basis different be used. After complete removal canal filling material, material remnants adhered collected in preattached For final weight computation comparison, empty tube deducted from accommodating debris. ANOVA Tukey test applied statistical analysis.
Results: showed minimum extrusion than all other examined study. R Endo min max -0.045 0.009. However, there no statistically significant difference system (p>0.005).
Conclusion(s): There between Also rotary lesser Hedstrom hand files. less apically this study.

Impact of different file systems on the amount of apically extruded debris during endodontic retreatment
OBJECTIVE The goal of present study was to determine the effect of different nickel-titanium file systems on the amount of apically extruded debris during endodontic retreatment: D-RaCe retreatment systems, EdgeFile XR retreatment rotary files, and Reciproc R40. MATERIALS AND METHODS Thirty-six single-rooted prepared mandibular premolar teeth were filled with Gutta-percha and AH Plus sealer. ...

Introduction: The main goal of the successful endodontics is the complete sterilization of the root canal space. During preparation, irrigants and debris such as bacteria, dentin fillings and necrotic debris may be extruded into the periradicular region leading to periapical inflammation and postoperative flare-ups. Several instrument designs and irrigation techniques have been developed to pre...

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the amount of apically extruded debris during retreatment (with or without solvent) of root canals filled by two obturation techniques. MATERIALS AND METHODS Forty-eight root canals were prepared using ProTaper Universal F3 and filled with Gutta-percha and AH 26 sealer using single cone or lateral condensation techniques. The root canal fillings were removed using ProTap...

Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare the apically extruded debris during endodontic retreatment of teeth with open apices using hand instruments and rotary instruments with continuous rotation and reciprocation. Methodology: Forty-five single-rooted maxillary incisors and canines were used. The root tips were dissected and #1 Gates Glidden burs were allowed to protrude 1 mm beyon...
